Basic Practical Aspects

Let's go now straight into the practice, with the basics of the exercise. You don't need much physical space, just a place to stand up. I recommend you to follow your best to the end, even if something is not so clear to feel or understand. Everything will be repeated and explained few times, also (with some additions) on next lesson, so don't stress if something not too clear, practice makesĀ  mastery!
