Standing Meditation is a simple exercise to calm and focus the mind, release the tensions of the body, develop self awareness of body position and structure, improve your breathing and increase the energy levels. It is a type of meditation exercise with the minimum amount of movement possible (but still moving). Can be practiced independently (morning or night time are perfect for that), or be part of a Taiji or Meditation class.
