ALL OUR COURSES ARE ON VIDEO FORMAT
BESIDES THE PRACTICAL CONTENT, EACH SESSION / COURSE WILL INCLUDE
Standing Meditation Free Course
Standing Meditation is practiced within a minimal movement, a gentle lifting and sinking of the Body. This allows some sensations to get amplified, then can be perceived and followed by the Mind in a Deep state. Whilst the main training is for the Mind, you'll get great benefits in terms on enhancing body posture and releasing stored tension, at the same time that the energy supply increases
Taiji Principles Course
On the Taiji Principles course I will teach you 5 exercises called Song Shen Wu Fa, a refined set that was created by Master Huang, a very accomplished Daoist Taiji teacher. These exercises are optimaly designed to loosen the body and focus the mind inside. They have been practiced for thousands of people over the last 100 years. Regular practice will bring durable benefits to your Body and Mind.
Taiji Form Level 1
On the Taiji Form Level 1, I will introduce you to the practice of the Taiji Form. The Taiji Form is a sequence of movements where you aim to apply the Taiji Principles while moving smoothly and continously with deep concentration. It will allow you to develop an enhanced level of coordination, range of movements and elastic strength, while the Mind is enhanced on the awareness and subtle control levels.
Taiji Form Level 2
Once the basis of Taiji Form have been well established on Level 1, you can move on to Level 2. It includes the new section of the form, a review of the Taiji Principles, and a deepening learning process, with different aspects involved. A step by step learning process is essential to make external and internal progress. That's why before you can access Level 2 of the Taiji Form you need to complete Level 1. If you have some Taiji experience or specific training conditions, just get in touch with me and we can discuss the possibilities. Please check the video to have a glimpse on what to expect on Level 2
Taiji Form Level 3
Level 3 focuses on the 3rd section of the Taiji Form, as well as on the idea of waves and waves-like movements. This is the natural principle that applies to Taiji, were forces and movements are transmitted in a fluid manner through the body. In this way, you can build up a soft, elastic and strong body (and mind), all at once. To follow a good learning progression, you will need Level 1 and 2 to fully benefit the teachings on Level 3.
Taiji Form Level 4
It includes the new movements that are part of section 4 of the Short Formform, a review of the Taiji Principles, and a review of the Taiji Principles on the Song Shen Wu Fa exercises. I also introduce two key ideas for the Taiji Internal trainin method: the use of Yi – Intention, to gradually produce deep changes in the body and yourself, and the basics of Issuing Elastic Power (Hòu Jìn Qì in chinese), a specific feature for which Taiji is world known.
Taiji Form Level 5
The 5th Section of the Taiji Short Form summarizes what has been learnt on the previous levels. On this level I provide you with a full practice of Form and Loosenings while introducing the principles of Internal Movements related to Intercepting Forces. This Level is free once you complete the previous ones. Requirements: Level 1 to 4.
Taiji Spiral Refinement Course
I will release 1 video monthly for a year, with condensed information of at least 1 key detail or aspect of a movement of the Taiji Form on each lesson. That will give you a very specific subject to work on while you do your regular practice. From my experience, progress is enhanced by an intelligent condensed practice with full focus on a certain aspect to refine. So this course aims to be a tool that you can easily use for that purpose.
Taiji Full Course
On the Taiji Full Course, first we focus on turning the mind inwards to connect it into de Deep Body level and it's sensations. Then focus shifts to Power and Energy of the Body. Gradually we add Intention or Will, so changes can be produced from those levels (inside out). We will also introduce some partner exercises, although these next stages would require direct training with a teacher or other training partners. This full course will be based on the Taiji Form courses, so you can begin with Taiji Form Level 1 already available on the links above.
Still Meditation Course
The Basis for any Meditation practice. Laying down or sitting, the principles you will learn here are a full internal system by themselves. It will also support the other Ways of Meditation that we offer, in case you decide to continue learning and improving with other courses
