Our Courses
Standing Meditation Free Course
Standing Meditation is practiced within a minimal movement, a gentle lifting and sinking of the Body. This allows some sensations to get amplified, then can be perceived and followed by the Mind in a Deep state. Whilst the main training is for the Mind, you'll get great benefits in terms on enhancing body posture and releasing stored tension, at the same time that the energy supply increases

Taiji Form Level 1
On the Taiji Form Level 1, I will introduce you to the practice of the Taiji Form. The Taiji Form is a sequence of movements where you aim to apply the Taiji Principles while moving smoothly and continously with deep concentration. It will allow you to develop an enhanced level of coordination, range of movements and elastic strength, while the Mind is enhanced on the awareness and subtle control levels.

It includes the new section of the form, a review of the Taiji Principles, and a deepening learning process, with different aspects involved. A step by step learning process is essential to make external and internal progress. That's why before you can access Level 2 of the Taiji Form you need to complete Level 1. If you have some Taiji experience or specific training conditions, just get in touch with me and we can discuss the possibilities. Please check the video to have a glimpse on what to expect on Level 2

Level 3 focuses on the 3rd section of the Taiji Form, as well as on the idea of waves and waves-like movements. This is the natural principle that applies to Taiji, were forces and movements are transmitted in a fluid manner through the body. In this way, you can build up a soft, elastic and strong body (and mind), all at once. To follow a good learning progression, you will need Level 1 and 2 to fully benefit the teachings on Level 3.

On the Taiji Full Course, first we focus on turning the mind inwards to connect it into de Deep Body level and it's sensations. Then focus shifts to Power and Energy of the Body. Gradually we add Intention or Will, so changes can be produced from those levels (inside out). We will also introduce some partner exercises, although these next stages would require direct training with a teacher or other training partners.
